To book an appointment, email us with book appointment in the subject line. We will get back to you to discuss which services are best for you and what our available dates are.

How long is an individual initial assessment?

If it’s your first time, we will book your initial holistic nutrition assessment for 60-90 minutes, your first coaching appointment for 45 minutes, or your first relaxation appointment 90 minutes. Other services vary depending on your needs so please email for more information.

How long are follow up appointments?

The length of your follow up appointments are usually 30 minutes or 45 minutes. Please read the detailed services page for more information. Relaxation appointments are generally 60 minutes.

Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?

Yes. Plan to arrive 20 minutes early for your first in person appointment to complete the forms.

What do I need to do before my first appointment?

For holistic nutrition you will need to complete an intake package that will be emailed to you after you book your first appointment. You must have completed the one full week food log and lifestyle assessment form prior to your appointment. Any additional forms will be dealt with during your first appointment. Email for more specific information on how to prepare for your first appointment.

What are your consultation fees?

See the fees page for prices for each different service, choices in appointment length and packaged services and discounts.

Can nutrition and coaching services be provided in my home or can I receive services by telephone and internet?

To change an appointment, email a minimum 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please read our cancellation policy.

Do I need a referral from my doctor to book an appointment?

You do not need a referral to book an appointment. You may need a doctor’s referral dated prior to your first appointment if you are applying to your extended health benefits program for coverage. Email us for our insurance guide, and then check with your health insurance plan as to what documentation they require. Provide our insurance guide to your health insurance plan.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Wait list time varies by location, please email for the next available appointment in your location. Be sure to indicate where you live in your email. Sometimes you may be seen earlier if there is a cancellation or if you are experiencing a serious flare up of symptoms.

What are your hours and do you have after hours appointments?

Hours are flexible with some evenings and weekends available. Telephone and internet consulting is available so that your location, available time or mobility will not prevent you from receiving services.

Do I need to bring a family member, advocate or support worker with me?
If you have difficulty with your memory, fatigue or need other assistance, please call so we can plan the best option for you that is appropriate for the services you choose.
