Cancellation Policy

 

Cancelling or rescheduling of individual appointments requires 48 hours notice by return email. Missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be billed at 100% of the fee in the contract.

 

Cancelling of workshops and seminars requires 14 days written notice by return email at cathyferrenrhn@gmail.com. Late cancellation of workshops and seminars will be billed at 100% of the fee in the contract including travel expenses.

 

Cancelling of group facilitation events requires 7 days written notice by return email at cathyferrenrhn@gmail.com. Late cancellation of events will be billed at 100% of the fee in the contract including travel expenses.

 

We regularly review our policy for our various activities, and update our policy. If at any time you wish to make comments simply contact us by e-mail at cathyferrenrhn@gmail.com and we will gladly review your request and reply to you by email, text message or telephone.

 

Environmental Sensitivities Policy

 

Every attempt is made to provide a safe, scent free experience. Please come scent free to appointments, workshops and classes. Please do not wear or use scented personal or office products (perfume, soap, laundry products, hair products, markers, pens, etc.)

 

Complaints Policy

 

I intend to provide you with the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the services you have received, please contact me directly at cathyferrenrhn@gmail.com with the nature of and details your concern and I will do what I can to resolve the matter.

 

If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the option of submitting a documented complaint to the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals through the CAHN-Pro Complaints Process http://cahnpro.org/pages/complaints-process.
