Life Skills Workshops: 2 hour interactive workshops $475 plus travel for up to 10 participants + $25 per participant. Digital handouts. Fees for larger groups upon request, variable group size and location. Life Skills Workshops follow the YWCA Life Skills Model of Adult Education.

Relaxation Techniques 6, 8 and 10 week experiential programs, email for rates.
